HARRISBURG, PA, April 2, 2022, Capitol 10 Miler—Fred Joslyn of Boiling Springs won the Capital 10 Miler in 54:54. Tyler Lundquist of Palmyra was second in 55:27. Michael Hiestand of Elizabethtown was third in 58:43. Jesse Smith of Enola was the top master in 1:03:33 and was ninth overall.
Kalyn Coffey of Mifflinburg had a nine-minute victory with a 1:00:43, an event record. Kelly Leighton of Camp Hill was second in 1:09:51. Kelly Rose of Dover was third in a personal best of 1:09:59. Lauren Vowler of New Cumberland was top master and seventh overall in 1:13:46.
262 participants completed the Susquehanna River dominant course, on an ideal April morning for running.
