3.15.25 Harrisburg, PA—The 10th Annual Lucky Charm 4 Miler really does have the Irish Charm. With 873 finishers starting and finishing on 2nd Street in Downtown Harrisburg, the race has captured the Irish spirit and shares downtown with the St Patrick’s Day Parade, which stepped off at 2 PM.
Nicole Varble of Silver Spring, MD was the runaway women’s champion in 24:21. Emily Nelson of Mechanicsburg, PA, always improving, was second in 25:36. Alexandra Sagen, 13, of Camp Hill was third in 25:37. Katie Fuller of Mechanicsburg was fourth in 25:57, Lindsay Fox of Harrisburg was fifth in 26:21 and had a large group of “Running Realtor” clad athletes. Kerry Johnson of Mechanicsburg was top master and seventh overall in 28:00.
Trevor Conde of Bethlehem, PA won in 20:16, with a 44 second margin of victory. David Rumsey of Harrisburg was second in 21:00. Noah Calisti of Mechanicsburg was third in 21:29. David Schofield of Mechanicsburg was fourth and top master in 21:37. Jonathan Wyrick of York was fifth in 21:40, and led the SWIFT team to the top team title.
