10.13.23 Baltimore, MD—Megan DiGregorio of Baltimore won her hometown’s half marathon in 1:24:15. She was on her feet for hours two straight weekends at running expos. Despite this she got results. In 2022 she had a marathon personal best of 2:54 in the Baltimore Marathon, finishing second overall and scoring the Under Armour cash awards. Lizzie Thomas of Ellicott City, MD was second in 1:25:15. Years ago she was an outstanding runner at York County’s powerhouse Dallastown High School. Hannah Turner of Falls Church, VA was third in 1:25:40.
Noah Falasco of King of Prussia, PA was first overall in 1:09:12. Will Merritt of Smithsburg, MD was second in 1:09:39. Taylor Hughes of Baltimore was third in 1:11:07.
The CareFirst Half Marathon had 3727 finishers, despite steady rain throughout the event.

Michelle Johnston of Dayton, OH was tenth in the CareFirst Half Marathon in 1:31:45.
